Father sues over school lunch seating restriction

A Jersey girl (I had to. Springsteen) got detention for sitting with her friends at lunch? What? The students are assigned seats during lunch to keep "decorum" in the cafeteria. The ACLU may get involved in this. C'mon people. There's got to be a better way to keep kids in line than assigned seating during lunch. I can see the administration's point, but these are children for goodness sake. They need to be with their friends. Yeah, Administration People, let's give these kids one more reason to not want to go to school. Sheesh!
