Heather Hamilton got fired because of what she wrote in her blog about her job and co-workers. There are a couple of discussions going on about this. Here's my two cents: I don't know about all the legal aspects of this, but it would seem to me that, as long as she didn't mention the company or any of the employees by name, she didn't do anything wrong. Personally, I think she's protected by a little thing called The First Amendment.

P.S. If you can't be honest, rant, rave and be yourself in your blog, what's the point of having one?
