State trooper or not, if no laws were broken what's the big deal? No harm, no foul, right? Except in Pennsylvania, which I am unofficially dubbing "The Prude State." Remember folks, you heard it here first. Well, probably not because I'm sure plenty of other people are as disgusted by the conservative nature of the state as I am. And I'm sure living in liberal California has nothing to do with how I feel. Uh huh. Anyway, just remember this is one of the places you heard it: The Prude State.

Anthrax

You never think things like this will happen in small towns around here. Apparently they do. I wish I could post my story but our newspaper doesn't have online archives so it would be gone tomorrow.

Carbs & Cancer

Ha! I knew this low-carb thing was the right thing for me. With the history of cancer in my family, I'll take all the help I can get.
