State trooper or not, if no laws were broken what's the big deal? No harm, no foul, right? Except in Pennsylvania, which I am unofficially dubbing "The Prude State." Remember folks, you heard it here first. Well, probably not because I'm sure plenty of other people are as disgusted by the conservative nature of the state as I am. And I'm sure living in liberal California has nothing to do with how I feel. Uh huh. Anyway, just remember this is one of the places you heard it: The Prude State.
