Hey, I'd be pissed, too

No pizza, no pay

MONTOURSVILLE, Pa. (AP) — A man who said he was roughed up and arrested for refusing to pay for pizza delivered late and cold would receive $25,000 under a settlement agreement filed in federal court.

Larry A. Phillips, of Montoursville, said he wouldn’t pay for pizza a delivery man brought to his home two hours after it was ordered, according to court documents.
